1. What is a token?

Companies that use koos.io, create programs and issue tokens for their fans, helpers and contributors. Tokens enable companies to remember the token holders and their good deeds and to know who is promised the benefits specified in the program.

2. How to benefit from the token?

To really benefit from the tokens and make it official, you need to complete some steps:

• Complete your profile
• Accept the token terms

3. Why I cannot accept the token?

You may not be eligible to accept the tokens based on your residency as we are still in the process of verifying your country's regulatory requirements for such programs. But we are working hard in this area and will inform you as soon as something changes in this regard.
